Cascades clearance items question

I noticed today that a couple of the Cascades items were on clearance. I've been eyeing the Cascades cuff for a looooong time now. It isn't on clearance but I'm wondering if any of you Pollack collectors can tell me if the fact that the earrings are on clearance means that the cuff will be going on clearance soon. Does the Q follow any trends or patterns in terms of which items go on clearance when? Any help would be appreciated!
