I do mix my metals for rings and bracelets. I love the look of gold and silver together.  However, I'm not sure about wearing two layered necklaces, one with silver chain, and another with yellow gold chain.  Is that wierd?  Help please.

@dmqshopper  Hi. I have a two-tone bracelet & necklace that I throw into the mix to make the combo look more harmonious. Of course, it’s always personal taste/choice.

I mix metals all the time, I don't like matchy matchy. I love rose and white gold together and yellow and white. I'm not crazy about tri color together though.

I love the look of silver/white gold with rose gold. So pretty together. Q use to offer lots of choices in their jewelry this 2 tone combo. Mix them up how YOU like them and wear and enjoy your jewelry!

@dmqshopper,

Of course! I have no problems with creativity, love it.

Just make sure that said metals do not overlap  because gold is way softer than silver.

In other words, hard metals can damage softer ones by friction🌻
