Can someone help me post a picture?

I am trying to show the jewelry buyers a pair of earrings that I would love for someone to make. I can either take the picture off of my i-phone or I can take it directly from a website. I just don't know how to get it over to this forum. I also have things from time to time that I have bought but don't know how to show everyone. Any help would be appreciated.
