I sent a pair of eternagold hoops that were dented and i used the return label. To this day the tracking is saying "status unavailable. Since my post office does not give any return receipt of acceptance i did write down the tracking numbers. I put these numbers of the label on newgistics.com the service that qvc uses and it says it was delivered yesterday. I called QVC and told them the whole story and they said they only go by what they can track. i don't know what to do.
