@Shanus Sorry to bother.  Dealing with this soreness and my recent issue, I let a wonderful Herkimer diamond get away from me on Etsy.  All the others are way too small.  Do you have any ideas on any sites that carry handmade pendants?  Thanks.

@ECBG.  Why don't you buy an unset stone and have a Etsy merchant make a pendant for you to your design or one of theirs?  I've had that done and was very pleased with the result.  Most if the Etsy artists are starving and are eager to do custom work.

@Kachina624 Thank you for your thoughtfulness.  These stones come out of Herkimer, NY.

I don't go to gem shows but I do go to the highest local craft shows.  I don't run into lose stones.  Of the artists I know, they either don't work with these stones or their style isn't what I want.  Right now, no one has a large Herkimer.

@ECBG.  I know about the Herkimer Mine as they've been on HSN for years.  I just googled  them and found a ton of stones for sale.  They're very inexpensive since they're just quartz crystal..  Just an idea.

Hi @ECBG . Any jewelry that I have designed/handmade, I meet w/ the jeweler or artist. I've gotten stuck a few times online. Items aren't always what they seem. I also usually have the stones I'd like set and sketches of ideas to share. Sorry, I'm no help.

@ECBG   Since it's actually double-terminated quartz, an Etsy artist may be able to purchase or have a stone that size.
