Oh dear... I have a hard enough time logging in now with my little 4 digit pin! lol But I have always thought that for a billion dollar corporation, the Q's website is glitchy as heck. Remember that issue when other people's customer numbers were popping up when you went to log in? I totally thought of that when I heard about the Target hack. I said, oh boy, we're next! So I'm definitely all for heightened security measures, but an upgrade would be nice too. Does anyone else have a hard time logging in? Every time... the same thing... I get an error message. It either says there's a cookie error or that the Q is temporarily down. But then I try again and I'm in. ??? I will say though, that after viewing some of Shop's item videos the other day, the Q's video quality is far superior! And I love that you can watch them on your iPad now. Anyway... I'll stop my ramble here!

Hi girl! No problem here, although I'm on my PC . . maybe it's a phone thing. I have had that problem before but not in quite a while. Good to see you here woman . . talk to ya soon.

Wellll - I got so excited when I saw the picture of the bracelet - but upon further looks -- I won't be purchasing it after all - it is lovely but it is faceted and I don't care that much for doublets --it just wouldn't work in my life style which is ""casual so for those that order it - great - it is a lovely piece and not too bad of a price either - but I am SW through and through --I'll wait for AW!

Received my insider Wednesday...have to say I am seriously tempted by the MOP choice...what a great combo this bracelet will make with either the Pebble Beach, Heart of Texas, Rodeo Romance or Te Amo collections as well as the MOP AW cross! I too can't wait to see it presented...just giddy about the fact that hopefully I will see it presented in person!!!

I'm so glad to hear about the security upgrade. The current system is ridiculous. All you need to know is someone's email address and then you just plug in the numbers until you hit the right one.

You don't even have to try all 9999 numbers. Most people will be using a date and the majority of these will be in MMDD format - so you only have to try 365 numbers before you crack these accounts. If that doesn't work, you try the other date formats.

Crazy.
