I was so upset last night, when I saw the Bronzo Twisted bold hoops on Jane Tracy. She made a big deal about it being on 5 easy pays! "Don't pass this up!" When are you ever going to see 5 easy pays for $11.95 for this type of item"

I flew to the phone, as I was in love with them and that is the ONLY way I could afford them. It was easy pay (5) payments $11.95 SHOWN ON THE SCREEN.

When I called automated, it charged me the full amt and did not even ask if I wanted e-pay, so I cancelled the order and proceeded to call the regular number.

They said that people were calling in for the easy pay on screen and they were not listed on easy pay, and they were switching the call to customer service.

The customer service gal insisted they were not on easy-pay and practically called me a liar when I said I am looking right at the screen and they are offering 5 easy pays on this item!!

She put me on hold and then came back and said they made a mistake, and they posted

However, what they did is illegal, and they should have honored those that purchased thinking they were on Easy Pay.

I wrote to legal to let them know that this is wrong, and if they are going to tell people they made a mistake and have a printed, on screen disclaimer fine, but not just word of mouth. That is just wrong!!
