Broken clasp on 2 Judith Ripka bracelets

How do I get my 2 Judith Ripka bracelets repaired.  On my rolling diamonique bracelet the clasp fell apart and on my oval link with the small diamonique dangling heart the clasp has frozen shut.  I don't know what to do to get them fixed.  A local jeweler couldn;t replace a Ripka clasp.  HELP

Can you return them as 'defective' and get an exchange, or refund?
