Thinking of buying the Brighton bracelet I saw today.  It has a heart and the "band" part is three cords.  The cords come in different colors but thinking of the black one for my DD.  Have never bought anything from Brighton.  Would appreciate any comments if you have this bracelet or have bought anything from Brighton.  Thanks!

@JudyL.  The metal Brighton uses is not sterling silver but it wears very well.  All the Brighton products I've bought have been excellent quality.

@Kachina624  - Thank you for letting me know.  The bracelet has good reviews and I think she'd like it.

I bought a Brighton bracelet at least 25 years ago and it looks the same as the day I bought it.  It's silver with six hearts that wrap around the wrist.  It's really pretty and still a favorite of mine.

@JudyL - I bought Brighton back in the early 90's. DH and my children have also given me pieces.

I also find the quality very good. The bracelet you're thinking about sounds really nice.  Smiley Happy

I have a ton of Brighton jewelry and have been buying Brighton for almost 30 years.  Most of the pieces have held up very well.  I also like their leather goods.  Their bags are great quality and the hardware on the bags coordinates with their jewelry.

I always seem to buy a piece or two each year for a gift and end up buying something for myself as well.

I don't know which bracelet that you are referring to since hearts are on most Brighton items.  I'm sure your DD will be happy with your gift if she likes jewelry!

Re: Brighton Heart Bracelet

[ Edited ]

@JudyL I'll add my 2 cents worth to concur with others here about Brighton quality. I own several pieces I've had for 20 years...still look like new. Not a bit of tarnishing or losing it's plating or anything. They all look like the day I got them, and I still enjoy wearing them.

I can't speak to "cords" and it depends what they're made of, but, again, Brighton quality is usually good, so they've likely used good materials...and you said reviews are good.

Hope it works out as a gift for you and that your DD loves it. I have a few Brighton bracelets my mom gave to me I still wear and cherish...they all have hearts on them too. My mom knew I loved things with hearts and she did too. Makes a nice gift from a mom.

Brighton is my favorite brand. I buy mostly their purses but I do have some of their jewelry. I don't wear much jewelry other than earrings but I love their quality. Their purses are top notch and their jewelry is wonderful. Never tarnishes and if anything does happen it is under warranty.

Ive done some research. They recommend not even getting Brighton jewelry wet. So no soaps, shampoos etc

They claim it will wear off the coating thats protects the jewelry from tarnishing then they'll turn black.

Definately a Brighton gal here!  👛👜

I have, as many others, handbags from 2003, a wallet, bracelets and earrings.  Never a problem and I love them!  Some from the late 90's!

If I did not have so much stuff, I would keep on buying!
