I checked the sizes descriptions on the TSV bracelets and the

6 3/4 inch size said "measures approximately 7 inches in length"

- and the 7 1/4 "approx. 8 inches"

So which length would I order?

Order the size you would normally wear -- if you usually wear a 7 1/4" bracelet, order that one. The reason for the difference in sizing is that this bracelet is so thick, the thickness will make the bracelet's circumference smaller. I've ordered like this before, and they're pretty close when they tell you an 8-inch bracelet will fit like a 7 1/4-inch bracelet.
