Barry Cord Hummingbird Cuff Owners

Any of you who own this beautiful cuff can you tell me about it's durability? I ask because I tend to live in my jewelry. I do take it off to clean house and stuff like that but I do like to wear my jewelry. It is such a beautiful piece but I would hate to get it home to find out it is only for dinner out type of wear. Many people put these pieces for special use but I find that I would not wear it enough if that is it's only purpose. Thanks for any opinions.
