Barbara Bixby repair

I have a Barbara Bixby white topaz cross enhancer I purchased in 2008. The snap hinge bail doesn't "snap" together anymore. It just falls off the necklace. {#emotions_dlg.sad}

Does anyone know where I could send it in for a repair? Thank you Smile
