Does anyone have an address or phone number for Barbara Bixby designs? I order her creations from both QVC and her web site. I recently had to return something from her website - but have never been credited. I called the return receiving company, who told me they had sent emails to her---and I have sent several. Posted on Facebook and was answered and told ---wait for it--to email them.

So - they have my very expensive return and my money. And they seem to go to great lengths to hide an address and a phone number. Hoping someone on here has the information. Thanks

You've been a lot more patient with this company than I would have been.  You need to notify your credit card company.  There are limits on the time you have so do it now.  They should cancel the transaction and refund your money.  Good luck.
