BORING DAY - QVC, don't blame us

Italian jewelry clearance is sooo boring; have stopped watching and it's 11 a.m. ish central time. QVC, it's not our fault if you over bought for the current economy. Not like old days when your ticker ticked off thousands purchased. Why don't you do smarter buying and not buy so much expensive jewelry with all your "buying power" and buy more in variety and less in quantity to the same few expensive vendors? We still want to buy jewelry, but you are not offering what we want! This old stuff being shown today, no matter what you are cutting the price to, is old stuff, and I for one am over it. Want to see new.

I did nanosecond q checks and didn't like what I saw. I think that to keep prices down but still be able to say that products contain Italian silver or Italian gold, albeit vermeil, QVC is showing designs that seem uncreative, nothing special, sometimes even gaudy when the color is wrong. I'd rather have an interesting piece of costume jewelry and save for a special "real" piece of gold or silver jewelry. For those who remember the good old days when precious metals were affordable, this stuff holds little interest.

Adding: This is one of the few that is actually DMQ, not crystals. (Not that that's anything amazing; but at least CZ sounds less junky than crystals.)

I just looked at the 'items on air' review, and the bulk of it is either bronzo, colored silver, gold over plastic, or gold over silver. Not exciting in the least.

And what is with this All Day, or almost all day, Programming? We had a day of cleaning, then gardening, a day of cooking, and then a computer tsv where they would spend an entire hour on one product?

Perhaps QVC could really bore us by featuring a mattress tsv with sheets, pillows, and bedding all day. It could be "Sleeping on Q".....
