Ohhh la la, turquoise!

Is there a gemstone that does a better job of evoking images of warm weather and slow summers days at the seashore? I don't think so. Perhaps because we had such severe storms over the last few days, I find myself craving color and turquoise is one of my favorites. As the weather warms, I'm doing less stacking and relying on statement pieces that pack a punch all on their own such as Barbara Bixby's elephant cuff.

What color are you wearing the most of these days? Are you leaning on classic neutrals, sporting a crisp black and white pallette, or are have you gone color crazy like me? I do find, though, that my jewelry choices change dramatically with the seasons. How about yours?

(btw, I swear I don't have two left hands. It's just easier to take pictures of my left hand, so I often do a jewelry switch when taking pictures.)
