Aurora missing stone

I was so excited to receive this cuff. I ordered the wide.

Unfortunately, the first thing I saw was a hole in the center, where a stone should have been

I checked in the bag, no stone.

I cannot understand how it could have been shipped that way, when it is so obviously defective. Obviously, it is going back, and I am not going for an exchange.

Those of you who received a perfect cuff,enjoy.
