Re: Audrey Hepburn Collection

I think the TS on Oct 16th will be a pearl necklace-maybe a double strand. Pricing is 50-70 for the above items, but some will probably be adjusted for the shows. Nothing is calling me to buy, but I am interested in seeing the launch and some of the shows.

I like this bracelet, but not at 80 dollars!

Give wings to whimsy. Bright stones and creamy accents bring this motif to charming life. Just the thing for occasions that require you show up . . . and stand out.

Frankly I don't think any of the pieces I saw on the HSN website are very impressive. It's just costume/fashion jewelry that's going to be sold for a lot of money because of the name attached to it. You could probably pick up something very similar for a lot less at any department store's costume jewelry department.

BTW, as I mentioned on the VP thread, HSN had the Jackie Kennedy collection with Mr. Katz before QVC got their hands on it.

The JBK line was so interesting because of the history associated with the jewelry. And some of her items were so unique like the long perfume oil necklace that is stunning-love it! So are the Audrey items also copies of her genuine jewelry? A TS & 5 hours of shows is significant for an introductory line. I like the black drop earings but agree with you -similar can be found at department stores.

I've seen all of her movies; some many times. Jewelry was not her thing. Wonder what they will sell.

How do you know jewelry was not her thing?

I agree. I never saw her as a Jewelry kinda girl....Maybe BAT..She was so opp Elizabeth Taylor.

I like the blue pear shaped ring, most of her things are too formal for my lifestyle. Very pretty though~

Hi grace! Some lovely pieces, but nothing compelling and pricing seems high-probably to cover the cost of the pink boxes. Interested to see a couple of the shows, esp the 1st one. Cheers!

The box's are pretty. Got to say they would be my reason to buy.
