ATTENTION RIPKANISTAS: the Judith Ripka organization is listening and wants to hear about our issues.

Sorry if this was buried in the "In support of the buycott thread."

Last week Judith's Senior Vice President for Merchandising and Sales responded to my email to Brian Ripka who had forwarded it. As a result of issues brought up within that email (and others I am sure), the response I received said that Judith was traveling and asked that the SVP-M&S get back to me.

The JR organization shared that "they are extremely disturbed and concerned" and have taken it up to the level of the Q's president. They agree that "quality issues are of the utmost importance." They are also investigating and working with the Q for a resolution.

I responded to that email with a more detailed email and was told this weekend that meetings between the JR organization and the Q are scheduled.

So, where do the Ripkanistas come in? Well, in addition to threads on the Q's Judith Ripka Board, please email Brian Ripka: Brian.Ripka at JudithRipka dot com and detail your issues and experiences with Judith Ripka products on the Q.

Secondly, call the Q's Office of the President, which is open for calls Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. The phone number is: 1-484-701-1000. Usually, you will be asked to leave your name and number and your call is returned within a couple hours. Or, the following day. If you do not receive a callback within a day, then a second call is in order. At that time, mention that this is your second call and that will usually trigger a faster callback. The Q will pass on your concerns to the appropriate department.

It is clear that Judith is taking us seriously and this is our best opportunity to be heard, so please email Brian ASAP and share your detailed experiences.

We want the JR organization's meetings with the Q to be as fruitful as they can possibly be.
