As an impulse buy this AM, I ordered a pair of earrings from JTV ..... I sure don't need another pair of earrings! After thinking about it (which I should have done before) I realized I had to cancel it (for financial reasons also). OMG, what a nightmare .... trying to cancel an order on-line with JTV is almost impossible. I finally copied and pasted my entire order on an e-mail to Customer Care to cancel it. It was ridiculous. The Q makes it so much easier.
Anyone else have problems with this?
