Anyone else have problems with QVC's alleged "lifetime warranty" on DMQ?

I have been trying for over a month to get QVC Customer Service to honor their "Lifetime Warranty" on Diamonique but so far all I've gotten is the run around. I've emailed (1x), I've called (2-3x) and each time the tell me they will research my order history for the item and send me return slips/instructions. Sounds good, right???? Well, apparently, they only honor their repair policy IF they are successful at finding the item in your order history and my experience so far is that they repeatedly send me repair slips for OTHER pieces and not the one's I've described.

I have one diamonique epiphany bracelet - the only diamonique bracelet I've ever ordered but they can't find it in my order history. Doesnt seem to matter that the item is clearly marked DMQ for Diamonique right on it. I should just be able to return it, have them fix the link and send it back.

The other item is a pair of gold earrings which are missing one stone. They've sent me 3 forms for OTHER earrings and now I'm back to waiting for them to locate the correct item in their history. I've given VERY detailed descriptions of the items AND an approximate timeframe for ordering and they can't seem to match my description. I've offered to send them photos of the items in an effort to expedite this ridiculous process and they dont want them.

I mean diamonique is diamonique. How hard is it to replace a stone / repair a link????

Anyone ever been successful with this process and if so, how long did it actually take???
