I don't like it. To me, the rope design is very dated -- circa the 1980s. But I think almost all of QVC's jewelry is very dated.

I like it but the price is outrageous. More than $200/gram. And that's pretty lightweight.  No thanks.

I know some women like bangles but anything that doesn't rest easy on my wrist and move with me is going to clunk and hit the desk and whatever. 

I've worn bangles ... or tried to .... and they never felt right on my wrist.  I always gave them away.

Pricey for 5 grams.  3/16 " across, which is bigger then 1/8".  But pretty.  We should complain about the price.  It won't be long before the average 5 grams and under will start at $2,000.00 instead of just $1,000.00.

Gem shopping has been chugging out their diamonds on platinum instead of the diamonds on the usual white 18K for Valentines Day sales.  8 to 10 grams platinum on rings for the same price as QVC meager 14K.  Another way to keep the price down.

You either can afford fine jewelry or not.

Most people want something like they're used to seeing from yrs ago at the same price. Isn't going to

happen. If it doesn't agree with what your willing to

pay for it then pass on by.

I got a Imperial Gold wheat bracelet paid 700 for it yrs ago. No way that will ever happen again. You either wait for the best markdown U know they're going to do or go without.

Eggs used to be around 2.00 a dozen now 5 and up

can of chili beans used to be 89 cents a can now 2 bucks

Gas is getting to be like gold. 

So, why is everybody surprised that gold is harder to come by ?  chickens with the Avian flu, shortages, costly wars going on everywhere, politics is nuts. Times we live in.

SharkE, I love your bracelet! It is a bit pricey, but if you can swing it, you should have it! Agree with you that the design is classy and timeless. Perfect for day or night wear.

Love it, too, but I'd have to wait to see if it would go on sale, although it is hard to find a bangle bracelet for much less these days.

It is on sale ! I got yesterday the 1st.

not as wide as I'd like. These days you just don't get a whole lot for a 1,000 bucks. 

It's different from the usual bangle that are either polished or twisted or textured.

This one is twisted rope inlaid in a polished gold track

Guess I'll keep it. Still sparkly, come summer it will really take off in the Tx sun. LOL
