Any advice appreciated on Changing Season's cuff

I have been trying since receiving this several weeks ago to get the bead undone. I have watched the YouTube video, read posts here and nothing I do seems to work. Has anyone here had a bracelet that just won't come undone? I really don't want to go to a jeweler to get this to work. Thank you for any help that you can give and for your kindness.
