Any Ripkanistas Use Pranda For Repairs Lately?

Bunkytink was kind enough to post the addy for Ripka repairs with Pranda. Have any of you used them lately?

I called & spoke with a darling gal, Julia, & she said they would be able to make the repairs on my Oval Hinged Cuff. The problem I'm having is she said it would have to be sent overseas to Thailand to their factory. I know some have said the latest release of this cuff is not the same, as in the amount of silver used, as the original TSV from a few years back. I just want to make sure I get the same cuff back{#emotions_dlg.unsure}!
