Another question about the clasp- Recent TSV bracelet

I finally decided to keep this bracelet even though I was undecided about sizing. I wore it several times with no problems, but now I think there's a problem with the clasp. When I close the box clasp (without closing the small safety bar) the bracelet can be pulled apart very easily. I'm afraid it's not very secure. Is it supposed to work like this? Also, if I decide to exchange it, will I still receive the TSV price? Your help is greatly appreciated.
