Another Return Question ... Please

If you get a piece of jewelry on 4 EZ Pays, receive it and want to exchange it for the same item to get a better stone, do you automatically get the 4 EZ Pays on the exchanged item as well automatically? I keep getting the run around from CS on this. Thanks a lot.
