American West bracelets

Is there a trick to applying promo code @ American West?  The website lists one for bracelets but when I try to apply it on the applicable merchandise it says invalid.  This is regular priced merchandise, not sale or clearance.

What promo code are they featuring for full price stuff?  The discounts I've seen (and used) only apply to specific pieces and categories.  If the item is sold out ( or reserved for something/someone )the site will let you know.  Otherwise, call them tomorrow.

@Seannie - I shop the AW website fairly often, so I thought I'd check out the coupon code you mentioned to see what happened. It didn't work for me, either, so I'm guessing there is a problem with cart or site functionality at the moment. Try placing your order again later to see if the issue has been resolved, or perhaps just call in your order tomorrow if you can. Good luck!
