Sometimes you read a post and you think this person is using English as a second language.  Well, it's the spell correct or whatever you want to call it.  I just wrote the word like and it came out link.  So all those typos you see in my posts are not me.  Of course we all could do a better job of proof-reading.

Autocorrect and typos are real.  That is why we should be careful.  I've been guilty too.

But I swear that just before I hit the 'post' button, the words change by themselves!👿😂

That's why posters that police the boards, and correct other posters should stop. Who cares if there is a word misspelled.

Some people dictate their posts and an app converts their speaking to written text.  This can result in a mess if the person doesn't go back to edit and correct what the computer's written.

My kids keep telling me to stop fussing over typos....'their' generation does not obsess over correcting.

People KNOW what you mean and it is an 'old' thing to keep proofreading.

I do it anyways...LOL
