I have a few of their wire bracelets. A sapphire bead stone for September, my birth month, the tree, and a four-leaf clover.
Was passing by the jewelry store last weekend and decided to go in and look at the new snowflake wire bracelet. That was around $58 with 20 percent off.
They were selling "retired wire bracelets". The sale price was half of the tag price or 5 for $55. Found a bunch of cute ones.
A sail boat, a kite, cupcake, more birthstones colors. Giving some for gifts and keeping a few for myself. Got a garnet stone one for my sister.
Ended up getting 10 for $110. My bracelet collection is complete for now!
What are some in your collection? How much is the most you would pay for one of these?

I had so many of them and I sold them. I have a few that didn't sell. The ones I purchased were the expensive ones. $100 or more each.

Wow, that is pretty pricey. I have not seen any at that price.
Guess I haven't been exactly looking in the locked glass cases, where they keep the good stuff!

@threecees they were the original ones made with Swarovski crystals. I also own two of the first gold ones they made with enamel charm. Much thinner than the others. I am keeping those. Most of the ones I have are wrap arounds so they have more crytals than the ones with just one charm.

@threecees - How many are in my collection? LOL! DD started it all off when she gave me the mother bracelet for Mother's Day. Then DS came home from college with one. For Christmas they both gave me one - those three I wear every day. People started giving me them, and I have a lot. I have seasonal ones - for Fall I was wearing a cornucopia and an oyster, and I have ones from places we visit. When our nephew got married in Key West, DD and I both got a conch shell. People stopped me there to ask about the ones I was wearing. I try to stick to ones that mean something to me, not just random ones I like. I have some of the special charity ones. I love the Swarovski crystal ones and the "vintage" ones that show up once in a while. I do have a few of those, mostly turquoise!
These may not be "real" jewelry, but I like the fact that they are made in the USA and they give back to charity. They also give a discount to anyone in the military and first responders. I think that's pretty nice. Their holiday collection this year is really pretty - so many choices.
You got a really good deal on your retired ones! Although I think they're really special, I wouldn't spend a whole lot for them. They came out with bags one year and I thought I'd get DD the mermaid one. Then I saw the price! I ended up getting it later on at an outlet store.
Enjoy your bangles! ![]()

Alex and Anit had $100.00 dollar bracelets? Are you talking about the sets that they sell?

It sounds like you have a nice collection. I love anything with the beach theme and seasonal too.
They don't have to be a fortune to be special to you. Enjoy them. With them being such a good deal, it was hard to pass up.
Tell me if you get any more for Christmas!

@GSPgirl - Alex and Ani has a "precious collection." Pieces in this collection are sterling silver and 14 kt. gold plated. I don't have any of these! ![]()
