Affinity Diamonds

I have a one or two nice pieces I bought for my daughter, but it bothers me that all they say is " almost colorless and eye clean". I noticed on gem day that some of the pieces where described as full cut. I assume many pieces are not full cut then. Why are these diamonds not graded? Are they just chips?
