I am not going to post which person I am just so your opinions are unbiased. Just want to make suer buyer and seller are both treated fairly and neither has unrealistic expectations.
Lets say you purchased a stack ring set on ebay for a great price. The following description is in the listing. "You are bidding on an older set of Judith Ripka sterling silver stack rings from her QVC collection. I beleive this set is a size 7. The center ring is about 7/8 inch across and the 3 stacked measure about 3/4". Each curved side band is set with Diamonique stones." It is a no refund/no exchange auction.
You receive the item and it is too small for you. You message the seller about the issue with no specific resolution requested. As a buyer what would you expect. As a seller what would you do?
