I'm a lefty and I just flip over necklaces to clasp them. They usually have a swivel clasp and that's helpful. IMO, it's no big deal which side the clasp is on. Bracelets are sometimes a bit more difficult so I sometimes use a "Bracelet Buddy."

Please note that with this particular necklace if you just flipped it over to clasp it, the unfinished back of the necklace is what would be seen instead of the spinel on the front of the necklace.

I'm pretty sure all the left-handers are all {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1} {#emotions_dlg.thumbup} and "now you know how we feel about every necklace ever! Boo-hoo about your one wonky necklace. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}"

With bracelets, I can clasp them different ways (over, under, etc.), and I don't always wear them on my right wrist anyway.

Yes, you're right. I did notice that about this particular necklace, but in that case I'd just turn the clasp to the front and connect it that way. Of course, I'm used to doing lots of things backwards.Smile

Not that it would've been a deal-breaker if I otherwise loved the necklace, but she would've done well to keep that little tidbit to herself. Personally, I wouldn't be interested had it been manufactured correctly. They need to give Bronzo a nice long rest.

I no longer buy any bracelets with the lobster or o-ring clasps because they are just too annoying ..... and no one should have to "fight" with their jewelry.

In bracelets, I now prefer the stretch, cuff or bangle ..... or the magnetic clasp.
