9/26 Advance Order -- In process?!

Remember the Honora 14K pearl earrings, J261859? My order status says they're in process. I'm pretty sure the Advance Order was for SEPTEMBER. My order status even says 9/26. Obviously, these earrings were already made.

Anyone else?

And then QVC wonders why customers are confused and unhappy.
