J-405926  sold out.    I got 1 1/2 ct of real good Block D AAA tanzanite

in a 14kt gold ring pear shape.

I don't and I'll never like QVC's gems!  They're almost always semi-precious cabochons.  Everything I dislike in gem stones.  And set in endless Sterling  without diamonds.  They'll have the the odd cut Tanzanite that  has been flooding the market. Germany is the best in offering gem jewelry along with diamonds.  For really good gems, nothing beat it's name sake....gem shopping.  But because of the gold and good non Affinity   diamonds that surround them.....very expensive.  So QVC offers the alternative.  But for fans of cabochon germs (minus the star sapphire) this will be a decent showing. You'll probably enjoy this.
