I remember seeing it in stores back in the 70's.  Nice to see they are still around.  Do you remember Cookie ?  not sure what materials cookie lee uses but that jewelry holds up.  Pieces still look new and shiney

@piperbay - I bought 1928 jewelry also when I was working and got most of my pieces in Macy's.

 First bought 1928 jewelry  around 1974  in the Washington DC metro area . Collected it  for many yrs . Always have loved the vintage look .

Kohl's dot com also carries a variety of 1928 jewelry.  I do not know if they carry it in store.
