14K White Gold Necklaces, Where Are They?

I ordered the only 20" chain over 1/16 wide Q had and when I checked the status it was back ordered {#emotions_dlg.angry} Called CS and was told the vender didn't make enough. I remember the term "dental floss" used by MBR about thin chains and that is "not" the look I want.

Q with all your "buying power" can't you offer a few chains in the 20" or longer lengths that you can actually see? I also don't want anything with silicone/rubber inside. Just 14k because I have a two tone wedding band and want to wear both colors of gold.

Also, I have brought this up before but 14k yellow comes is different colors, some very brassy looking. Couldn't there be a mention of this on air and on line? Some kind of reference like "soft or bold", "light or dark" etc. Even Eterna yellow varies, help!
