Review of TSV Lace Dress

Ordered the Navy in size small. It fits well accept for the shoulder area. I have narrow shoulders and most all dresses are too large in the shoulders, the seam always seems to go past my shoulders and it never looks as tailored as I would like. I will keep it. The hem is also okay, just a little past my knees but wish it was another inch longer.

I am a 36, 30, 40 and with Isaac's clothes, I need to size down because normally I wear a medium.

Didn't bother ordering from email knew dress wouldn't work. Sorry but when it comes to clothing I've decided must try before buy. Shipping and handling cost to much risk gambling about the fit.
