JC always looks so cute in the summer dresses.  I buy them even though I'm not a dress person and then return them.  I'm not biting this time...

She has tied a sweater around the waist.  That is never a good sign.

 

It might just be too big for JC.  It's already available on the TSV page A398739.  This is a better picture.
