Yes, as noted by others, they shrink.  If you dry them on a hanger, they become a terrible wrinkled mess which must be ironed or steamed.  Who wants to iron their tee shirts?   IMO these shirts are a huge rip-off.

 

I have many 100% cotton Denim & Co. tees that I've machine washed and dried for years that have never shrunk.  So, no 100% cotton doesn't necessarily shrink if care is taken to pre-shrink the fabric.

I wash mine in cold water and very low dryer heat with no trouble.
