We are living in a camper for the summer and have to do my laundry at the laundromat. For some reason the washers there are ruining my bras. I always hook the bras before I wash them to protect the hooks but for some reason the washers (front loaders) cause them to come unhooked and the hooks get bent out of shape or broken and the bras are ruined. I have had to toss out 5 of the 10 bras I brought with me on vacation. Washing by hand is not an option as I have only very tiny sinks and no where to hang them inside to dry and there is a rule - no laundry except towels are allowed to be hung outside at this campground.
I am going shopping today to buy some new bras and I don't want to have them ruined as well - don't mind so much the old ones but I do want to keep new ones nice. I did buy a nylon net washing bag for them at the grocery store so I am hoping that will help - I'll wash them in that. Any other suggestions. I wash bras at home in my washing machine with no problem at all.And I always buy Playtex bras so it's not that they are super delicate little Lacy things either.
