@goldensrbest et al, a lady in our community lost her home to a fire started with one of these plug ins.  Not trying to be alarmist but please be careful when you use them.  I am pretty sure no one was home and the house was a total loss.

 

Sometimes I light a a scented candle.  I think I will only buy the small ones now as I don't seem to use a large one up.  There are some amazing evergreen scents out there for Christmas.  LM
