The kitchen remodel begins on Monday. The demo begins Monday, flooring Tuesday, cabinets Thursday, and granite on Friday. The cabinets are all wood.
Are you supposed to LINE the wood shelves with something like those rubber no slip rolls that you cut to size? Or is that going to damage the new wood? I have read online that people discourage shelf paper because it attracts bugs, but people are mixed on shelf liner. I would rather not do this, if it's not necessary, but I want to make sure my new wood is protected.
I know many of you have recently remodeled, so I'm wondering what the professionals advise.
