If change is coming, I would buy a back up, that's how much I love Speed Queen.

Have SQ washer and dryer, love them both. Well worth the price, the best.

Oh no, changes coming....I was thinking about getting a Speed Queen in the future.  I currently have a Miele which almost 10 years old and I don't think is ever going to die, they brag it lasts at least 20 years. It does a good job, but from day one there are features which I don't like.  Ex:  Cannot do a separate spin, must go thru a whole wash cycle.  Cannot adjust water level.  Can't just do a rinse and spin.  Supposedly the European models had these features, but they dumbed it down for the American market.

I may need to go shopping.
