I like the style but....

I need more color.

I don’t like pale wood so I don’t like the dining room at all.

It looks rather cold to me....I need a little bit of color to make it into a home rather than just a house................

Looks like good structure, but why is stuff leaning again the walls? Not a fan of the faux stone on the bedroom wall either; cheapens the look of the home. I'd make some changes, but it certainly has potential and is off to a good beginning.

@BirkiLady

They used real stone on the wall.  This from the Fixer Upper recap:

"In the master bedroom, they are doing an accent wall of the same stone they are putting on the outside chimney."

@GingerPeach  Oh dear! My home is stone and it certainly looks a lot better than that stonework. (Mine is not chunks of stone up the wall or side of a chimney; but stone laid like brickwork by a true mason.) Guess their stone chimney wouldn't impress me any more than the bedroom wall. Both would be removals and complete redos if the home were mine. Otherwise, the home appears to have great structure and Fixer Upper (are they still in business?) did nice rehab. It would be really fun to see the "before" pictures to appreciate the changes made.

It is beautiful and I love the neutral tones, but it definitely needs a pop of color.....For me, too much neutral becomes monotonous and boring...

The design is passable, if a bit bland... I'm not seeing a great deal of the 'terranean'... Most of what she does seems to have a similar vibe and this is no exception...

The arched windows, the dark wood and the wrought iron details are certainly Mediterranean.  And if I had to guess, that living room is most likely stucco.

@lolakimono, I find this calming, even though I usually prefer color.  I think that I would add a few blue-gray pillows in the mix.

All true @faeriemoon, but of course arched windows are also a design element common to many design schemes and periods, including rather classic Palldian type windows. While I see a few Med. elements, to me, the rooms don't play, overall, as Med. or Mod. It's not a bad look but, like others, a bit of color here or there would, for me, improve the look.
