I had never heard of "Mrs. Alice" tableware, but probably some of you have.  Was struck by the charming, gently vintage-style motifs--

That is called the "Heidi and Hans Skier" china.  It was shown as part of a Christmas/ New Years'  tablescape.

I don't know why, I find those little old-fashioned skiing figures so cute!

Mrs. Alice also makes the cutlery, table cloths, etc.  They do a 'regular' bamboo version of silverware, but this above is their "Burnt Bamboo" cutlery, handsome.  Love anything bamboo.

It's part of their "Swiss Chalet" collection, I think:

They also do a more familiar red-and-green collection, called "Merry Highland".    I'm finding their accessories very pretty, like this hobnail set, "Emerald Green":

Just some fun ideas, they even do nutcrackers on horseback:

I like their playful, almost "fairytale" whimsy at "Mrs. Alice".  Turns out, it's an English company.

Oznell, as always you present such beautiful decor.  I love these plates and went on the Mrs. Alice site to see what other lovely items to admire!  I wasn't disappointed and  enjoyed the site .  I love all the deer especially the bambis.  It is classy elegant decor, tableware and I thank you for pointing it out.

@Oznell  I love the dinnerware, too!  Curiosity got the best of me so I pulled up the Web site. The Christmas tree dinnerware is equally as nice.  I think the scalloped edge just adds so much charm to the plates.  Great find! Thanks for posting!

Those plates look like Spode.  My sister collect those.

Thank you for introducing me to Mrs. Alice.  As I looked at her website, I realize I could do my whole house with everything I saw!  Fortunately, her shops are in England, and I'm not in the redecorating mode at this point in time.  My pocketbook will be spared!  but she is definitely an inspiration for me to edit and rearrange things that I already have.
