Wow, that estate includes 28,500 acres, as well as another 20 houses/cottages, beautiful gardens, a boathouse, etc.

 

The actual estate agent listing has 28 photos and an extensive description of the entire estate.

 

I'd say, for someone with the money, $30 million is a bargain price.  And looking at the estate agent's aerial photos, you can see that it's not as isolated as it seems from just the one or two here.

I'm with you in always preferring graceful Queen Anne lines, @ECBG !

 

You're right, @Venezia ,  it's quite a package for that price.  Imagine the maintenance that must go on continually, with all those outbuildings and cottages....

 

The thing I can't imagine, is actually owning four miles of Scottish coastline--  that's staggering to me.

@Venezia @The reason for the great price is probably because it costs a fortune to maintain the place.
