I've been attempting to watch videos of products in the beauty and Christmas decorations and haven't been able to. Is anyone else having this problem?

Re: not able to watch videos

I'm not having any issues with viewing videos. Do you have any specific item numbers that I can check. I use a PC and my browser is Internet Explorer.

Re: not able to watch videos

I just tried a few videos with my iMac (using Firefox and Chrome browsers) and my iPad. (eta: I can see the videos with no problem.) All running up-to-date software versions.

A video problem usually means there's a browser or Adobe Flash Player issue. Be sure you have the most current versions of both, and try at least 2 different browsers. If that doesn't help, delete browser cookies, cache, website data and relaunch.

Re: not able to watch videos

I had that happen a few days ago. It fixed itself before I remembered to go back and troubleshoot, so I didn't find a cause. I use Google Chrome and a product page would say there was a video, display the container for the video, but no video would ever appear, load, or play.
