my post did not go through about MONSTER STEAM MOP!!!!

Just wondering if it was on my end,or poofed???

I really hate my monster steam mop. Got it about 1/1/2 ago . Used it only twice.

Decided to use it today. I first did a couple of small area rugs. Seemed to have worked pretty good.

When i ready to do my hardwood floors. The handle came off,and could not get it back on.

My husband was able to help witht that. Not easy to move around. I did remove the carpet sledge,and micro pad without strip. I then place the micro cloth with strip,and preceded to do my hardwood floors.

Found it so difficult to push around. I also could not figure out how i could get more steam to come out.

I really am not happy with this steamer,and would like to buy a different brand.

Can anyone suggest one that works well? Also one that you can fill more for larger areas.

Want one that swivels for hard to reach areas,and does not spit water as some do.

I also am in need of a decent inexpensive light weight canister vac. One that can reach some high area's,and has good suction. I cannot handle any that are heavy,and cumbersome.
