is there a replacement site for..............

small appliances? i just bought a new toaster/convection/rotisserie oven and wanted to buy an extra pull out crumb tray that goes on the bottom of it. of course the manufacturer sells it - only costs $4.99 - so imagine my shock when they want to charge $14.00 to ship it UPS Ground!!! {#emotions_dlg.ohmy} and that is the cheapest service they offer! i am looking on ebay but since the item is fairly new i am not finding anything at this point in time.

Try Amazon they usually have what you need

$14.00 to ship....and think of all the shipping complaints that are posted on these boards about the Q.....(before the new shipping rates, that is)......hope you find it somewhere cheaper...that's outrageous...

I agree, you can probably find it on Amazon. Just make sure to read reviews because I know that re-sellers often substitute items (which annoys me).

I just purchased a new remote for my Hunter ceiling fan off of Amazon. I hope I get the one I ordered and not a substitute.
