It has a bit of a dated 90s vibe to it.  I would change out some of the decor (I really don't like those chairs at all.

If the picture window looked out over the beach!

Nice large kitchen. I love white subway tile, the beam, the open shelving, the flooring and the view. Could use a little updating and tweaking but it has good bones for sure.

@raspberrygal It's awful IMO. Sterile, cluttered, dark. Not inviting at all.

After reading all the comments so far, I had to go have another look at the picture.

It's not my personal taste at all, since I tend to like a more cottagey, or traditional English/French country type feeling, but I just can't get over how many people said it was cluttered or dark.

I don't see anything at all dark about it. To me, it's the opposite of dark. And the clutter is minimal, at best.  At least in my opinion, but I don't like a sterile look.  I like a homey look.  And to me, there aren't that many plants.

Well, it just goes to show you how different people are in their tastes, and that's not a bad thing.  Variety is the spice of life, or so they say.

I can see why you like it.

And I probably would have liked it more when I was a lot younger.

Now that I'm older, I can admit that I wouldn't be motivated enough to maintain the plants or dust those shelves.

But I sure wouldn't mind washing dishes in that sink.  Wait a minute.  Is that a sink?  Can't tell.

Now if someone I knew had that kitchen, I wouldn't mind hanging out there at all.

Where does one cook in this kitchen? There is no cooktop and it looks like someone put a fence around the top of the fridge. If the black thing next to the white fridge or cabinet is a wall oven it most likely is not up to code. A wall oven has to be encased in a cabinet not just sitting on a countertop. I am not even sure the there is a sink. It's hard to tell from this picture. I don't think this is  real kitchen, I sure wish the OP would let us know where she found this picture. The title that she gave her post "do you live here" makes me think she is asking if anyone lives there.

It's quirky and cute, and if I needed a smaller home, it would suit me fine because I love all the wood used in this space, even for the countertops.

I would just move in my kitchen stuff and be fine with it. Cat Very Happy

I see I'm in the minority but I really like this kitchen!

Love the wood floor and the cheerful white as well as the lighting.

Beautiful view! I might change out the chairs but other than that it's great @raspberrygal

I do too!  Actually looks a little like my house minus the plants because we have 3 cats.

The chairs look like something you'd see in a cafeteria.

All the plants and flat surfaces make it seem more like a potting shed to me.  Overall, it feels dark and I like light in a kitchen.

The flooring is nice.

@VeneziaI dislike those chairs and was trying to put my finger on what they reminded me of.  You hit the nail on the head!  But truthfully there's nothing in this kitchen that's my taste.
