anyone have luck calling bethlehem lights and actually speaking with a live BL customer service rep?

i needed some information about the flocked christmas tree i purchased, and all i keep getting is their voice mail to leave my name and phone number for a call back.

would have been nice if after such a long wait to actually get to speak to a live BL rep.

i hope they do return voice mail message phone calls quickly, or i will not be very happy because the tree is over $300.00+, and i need a few concerns answered.
